You's A Criminals was the first episode for the AJM STUDIOS series, Batsman and Batling. The first page of the comic is in color. This came after Batsman's Entrance, the pilot for the series.
Plot[]
This episode follows Batsman and Batling on a street corner, when they keep questioning an innocent man. Batsman believes the man is a criminal, even though he shows no signs of being one. He appears to be a business man, holding a suitcase. Batling watches intently as his hero questions the man. Batsman finally concludes the man is no criminal.
Development[]
The first page of this episode was released in color to lure people in, and it worked. The second page of the episode was supposed to be in color, but it was never finished in color. One may notice the quality and detail in this episode to be far less then in later episodes. Color episodes have less detail then non color episodes.
Reception[]
Being the first Batsman and Batling episode to be released, other then the pilot, it attracted many viewers to see what their first adventure would get them into. This was released after the pilot and the animated intro. The reception was above average, and received mixed reviews. Most enjoyed the color first page, and said they wished the color would continue. The comic is not planned to be in color. On a rating scale of 1 to 10, ten being the highest, this episode received an average score of 6.5.
