Detective Carter is a character in the series Batsman and Batling and the guy whom Batsman thinks works side by side with him. Detective Carter works for the police, and is often frequented by Batsman, who he finds dangerous, but everyone else see's as harmless. Detective Carter is one of the last major characters to be introduced in the series, even though he becomes the most seen character other then Batsman and Batling.
